Your desktop displays the caller on your computer… depending upon the rules that you have personally created, will dictate what happens to that particular phone call, at that particular time. And, because it completely integrates with your calendar, you can pre-set rules; par example, if you're in a meeting you may choose to direct that call to your VM.

The call will display as a pop-up on your computer, where you may then elect to override the rule and take the call, or possibly if you're out of the office you may direct the call to your home office location, or any other remote facility. Since the calls are being processed from your individualized desktop, you visualize calls in the same manner as you recognize emails. This allows you to prioritize and process your messages in an email format.
